Hello! My name is Tanya Thomas and I am here to help you transform to that person you really want to be . . . to say a resounding YES to all of these fundamental questions. My purpose in life to help people to see and know how phenomenal they are at their core. I would be honored to work with you so you can reach your dreams and live fully in every area of your life.
My Not So Boring Story
I began my career in corporate America where I worked my way through the ranks at The Coca-Cola Company. Along the way, I Created a product called Fanta Horchata, was the first person to begin career on the telephone (phone sales) and rose through ranks to National Account Executive. I created a partnership that purchased 22 Yum brand franchises and built a successful legacy in the marketplace. In the span of 15 years, that venture grew to 60 profitable locations!
This may sound pretty impressive, but for me it wasn’t satisfying. Inside I was not living out the destiny I was created for. I felt empty. I was climbing the ladder of success, but it was leaning against the wrong wall! So I left Corporate life, began the Entrepreneur path, and started my own coaching firm.
Since leaving that corporate world behind, I have dedicated my life to helping others improve their life, acting as a catalyst in this life changing transformation. I became a Results Coach to both give me a sense of fulfillment and help others in their personal journey to fulfillment.
I have chosen life coaching as my mission because I truly believe that it is my purpose in life to help people to remember (or realize!) how phenomenal they are at their core, and to assist them reach their dreams and live fully. I believe that life is all about keeping it real; being true to who we are and to our chosen mission.
I’d love to work with you to help you discover your true purpose and find complete fulfillment. Together, we can look at what’s really going on in your life, what the barriers to fulfillment currently exist, and then use proven tools to create a life that you are destined to live.
My Journey
To make sure I had all of the tools required for this new mission, I undertook extensive training. Here are a few of the degrees and certifications I collected along the way:

I have an MBA degree and Advanced CTI Certification from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I am currently working towards my Ph.D. in Professional Coaching and Human Development.
A Personal Note
On the personal side…I love to travel the globe. I am a devoted tennis fan and player and am an Atlanta & Dallas Texas doubles Champion. I adore ballroom dancing. I have a phenomenal son who is exploring the music world and making a life for himself.
I am also an avid volunteer and am currently set to launch the Bravo Bravo Foundation, Inc., which will provide free coaching conversations for those unable to afford them. I am the author of Help I Am Being Attack by My Cell Phone, and I am currently working on my second book, to be released in 2019.

What does coaching mean to you?
When I work with you as a coach, together we enter a world of possibilities. In my own life, leaving corporate America to become a full-time coach was like being freed from prison: I am now free to create and be exactly what I was meant to be on this earth. I can help you achieve the same goal. Coaching also allows us to see explore your core essence, realizing how awesome and important you are in this world. I want to connect with you on a deep, personal level so that you know beyond any doubt that you and your goals matter to me – big time. You will be in an environment where you can speak freely without fear of judgment. You will be in a safe place where it’s OK to be vulnerable, creative and resourceful. To me, being in a coaching relationship means we can be together without any masks, totally free to discover and unleash your full potential.
How do you add value through your coaching?
When you become my client, we enter a playground together. There are teeter-totters going up and down to help us learn balance. There is a sand pit where you can build castles, and there are swings where you can kick up your heels, laugh and feel the true joy of life. It's all about playing in the game of life and having fun, while you're learning and growing. I place tremendous value on the ability of my coaching to open you up to a place in your life where you can be even more creative, even more excited about life, and even more passionate about who you are. My playground is a place of unconditional love where you can work on enhancing your relationships, increasing your business productivity, and put more money in your pockets. Working together we can create a better quality of life for you and your family, achieve a greater balance between work and play, and discover a sense of true purpose for your life.
What is your personal attitude toward your clients?
I strive to treat every client as if they are gold . . . because they are! When I meet someone I want to make sure that I leave an imprint in their life that has them saying, "You know what? Anything is possible. I can be loving, I can be happy and joyous, I am blessed." When you treat everybody like that, you'll always have clients. That's how I set all of my clients up to win. And when they win, I win. It’s that simple.
