Foundation Session: In this 60-minute session, we review the DISC Personality Test results and design our coaching relationship and bring laser focus to your agenda.  You will need to take the DISC Personality Test and send the results to Tanya prior to booking this session.

During this session, we will answer the following key questions about your situation:

• What's most important? 
• Where are you stuck? 
• What skills do you need? 
• What comes first? 
• How will we know when we're done?

You'll leave this session with clear objectives, tools, and momentum. Tools may include questions for reflection; daily habits to strengthen or change; specific, time-bound projects to complete; or external resources to access. We'll also address specific structures to help support success.

With group coaching, a safe, supportive and confidential environment is created which allows you to:

Group coaching is performed online using video conferencing.  It provides a virtual group meeting where we can really get to know and understand one another. 

However, before you decide to sign up, I have to warn you that this program is not for the faint-hearted. You will be given assignments, you will be held accountable for your commitments, and you will be asked to contribute at a high level to your own success and to the success of each member of your group. Are you up to the challenge?

Upon completing the required Coach Training School- Coaches can take advantage of our ICF Mentor Coaching Program , for ACC, PCC or MCC credentialing. You will work with MCC coaching to ensure you are beyond ready for the examiner and are complete proficient in the ICF components. You hone coaching skills and develop expertise in the proficiencies.

Mentoring and How it Works

The program simple:

• Record a 30 minute client call for evaluation
• Email me a copy of the recording
• Schedule a time to review this recording with me at http://www.meetme.so/TanyaThomas
• You will receive feedback on this session during our initial consultation based on ICF Core Competencies.
• We will identify what you are doing well, and what needs work.

As we are an ACTP approved program our goal is to raise each of your competency level to that of ACC, PCC or MCC over the course of the 10 sessions and I will be directing my feedback to you on specifically what you need to do to pass the oral exam. $1,500 for 10 sessions
